I’ve been trained to support you in understanding and implementing your practitioner’s recommendations. Change can be hard and overwhelming. I partner with you in making those positive changes and help you find your own unique way of making them work for you.

  • I'll guide you in creating sustainable routines for diet and lifestyle that fit your life, schedule and preferences.

  • I offer consistent check-ins and motivation to help you stay on track and build confidence.

  • We'll troubleshoot obstacles together (including mindset and deep-seated beliefs), so you can overcome setbacks and feel empowered throughout your journey.

My Approach

My coaching is built on an evidence-based framework, combining proven techniques with a client-focused mindset.

As an ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach recognised by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), I was trained under professionals such Chris Kresser, Tracey Long, Lucy Mailing, Robert Biswas-Diener, etc.

I draw on evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, the Transtheoretical Model, Non-Violent Communication, and Mindfulness. In layman terms, this means that our work together is effective and will help you with behaviour change, as well as personal and aligned with your unique goals.

I am also specifically trained in collaborating with licensed practitioners and healthcare providers. This allows me to seamlessly work alongside your healthcare team to make sure you receive comprehensive, collaborative and holistic support that respects each professional's scope of practice.

My ultimate goal is to help you with self-discovery, aligning your daily actions with your broader life vision, and helping you build the confidence to pursue what truly matters in your life.
